Magnetic North Acquisition Corp.'s cease trade order (the CTO) issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on July 4, 2023, has been revoked. The company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to have its common shares and preferred shares reinstated for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
