MINCO CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Minco Capital Corp. has released the voting results of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2026, in Vancouver, B.C.

All matters outlined in the management information circular dated May 22, 2026, were approved by shareholders. The number of directors was set at three, and all director nominees were duly elected to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly appointed. The results of the director elections were as follows.

In addition, shareholders voted:

• 99.91 per cent in favour of setting the number of directors at three;
• 99.94 per cent in favour of appointing Smythe LLP, chartered professional accountants, as auditor for the ensuing year;
• 99.71 per cent in favour of authorizing the transaction of other business as described in the information circular.
