MIATA METALS GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Miata Metals Corp. has granted 1.3 million stock options to certain officers, directors and consultants of the company. The options were granted on Dec. 19, 2023, have an exercise price of 23 cents and expire two years from the grant date. Half of the options vested on the grant date and half will vest six months from the grant date.
