MACKENZIE INVESTMENTS EXPANDS MODUS SYSTEMATIC ETF LINE-UP WITH MACKENZIE MODUS EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY ETF

Mackenzie Investments has launched Mackenzie Modus Emerging Markets Equity ETF, the fourth exchange-traded fund in the firm's Mackenzie Modus Systematic ETF lineup. Mackenzie Modus Global Equity ETF, Mackenzie Modus International Equity ETF and Mackenzie Modus Global Small-Mid Cap Equity ETF were introduced earlier this month.

Managed by the Mackenzie multiasset strategies team, MMEM seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in equity securities issued by mid- and large-capitalization companies in emerging markets.

As part of the Mackenzie Modus Systematic ETF suite of rule-based factor investing strategies, MMEM systematically targets value, momentum, quality and low volatility while seeking to minimize exposure to uncompensated factors such as size, liquidity, country and sector biases.

The initial offering of this ETF has closed, and it will begin trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange under its ticker symbol.
