A cease trade order was issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on March 17, 2023, against Multi-Metal Development Ltd. for failing to file a material change report and a news release for its first-time disclosure of mineral reserves, as required to be filed under Section 7.1 of National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, for the period ended March 17, 2023.

Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
