MILLENNIAL POTASH ANNOUNCES UPDATE TO SEPTEMBER 19, 2025 NEWS RELEASE

Millennial Potash Corp. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the three investor relations agreements previously disclosed in its news release of Sept. 19, 2025. In the news release, the company announced that it had entered into three investor relations agreements defined as the Vorticom agreement, the Proactive agreement and the Fundamental Research agreement.

Subsequent to the news release, Fundamental Research advised the company that Sid Rajeev, CFA (not Brian Tang as originally disclosed in the news release), would oversee Fundamental Research's provision of services to the company. The 18-month term of the Fundamental Research agreement expires on Feb. 26, 2027. Services are currently being provided under all of the three investor relations agreements.
