    Millennial Amends Interim Financial Statement Filing for Quarter Ending May 31,
                                         2017

Millennial Lithium Corp. (ML: TSX.V) (A3N2:GR: Frankfurt) (MLNLF: OTCQB)
("Millennial" or the "Company") The Company wishes to advise that its interim financial
statement filings for the three months ending May 31, 2017 (the "First Quarter 2017
Interim Statements") as filed on SEDAR on July 31, 2017 inadvertently contained
information from its interim financial statements for the three and six months ending August
31, 2017.
To correct this, the Company has amended its July 31, 2017 interim financial statement
filing for the First Quarter 2017 Interim Statements to include the correct financial
statement information for that quarter. Readers should refer to the amended filing on
SEDAR dated today's date and not to the July 31, 2017 filing.
