I've heard that Mercator is going forward with this because they have received a higher acquisition offer from a different party and thus want to lock up the voting shares of NCU, as NCU would likely say no to any outside acquisition offer because they very likely have an interest in Mercator's resource beyond investment purposes.

Its good they bought it so it supports SP otherwise SP tumbles to .10 cents in this environment
not a good reason to sue
