The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that MCAN Mortgage Corp. will list additional shares on the TSX. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Aug. 21, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Aug. 14, 2023, the company is issuing up to $30-million of shares to the public pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

The TSX notes that the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX or any other recognized Canadian marketplace, during the period commencing Aug. 21, 2023, and ending upon termination of the equity distribution agreement dated Aug. 21, 2023. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
