The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 280,678 common shares at a deemed price of 16.5 cents, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Jan. 23, 2023.

The company issued a news release on Aug. 25, 2023, that the shares are issued.
