The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of the company's 25-per-cent interest in Persistence Resources Group Ltd., the company's 94-per-cent-owned subsidiary, by way of listing Persistence's shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. pursuant to Persistence's global offering prospectus dated Dec. 14, 2023. The company will receive $47.2-million pursuant to the terms of the prospectus.
