MIJEM NEWCOMM TECH INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CFO

Mijem Newcomm Tech Inc. has appointed Hatem Kawar as the company's chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Kawar serves as a financial controller of Grove Corporate Services Ltd., which provides governance, accounting and administrative services to small-capitalization public and private companies in Canada. Mr. Kawar has 25 years experience as CFO and/or controller to several public companies in Canada. Previously, he was a project manager for an industrial mineral operation in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Kawar has a degree in engineering from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, as well as an MBA in finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Jordan Domey has stepped down as chief financial officer of the company, and Mijem wishes to thank him for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
