MINK VENTURES CORPORATION GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Mink Ventures Corp.'s board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate number of 975,000 incentive stock options to the company's officers and directors. The exercise price of the stock options granted is 13 cents per common share. Subject to the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange, including the four-month-plus-one-day exchange hold period, and the company's stock option plan, the options vest immediately, and have a term of 10 years and will expire on Sept. 3, 2036.
