INOMIN TO EXTEND WARRANTS

Inomin Mines Inc. intends to extend the term of an aggregate of 1,048,000 common share purchase warrants issued as part of the company's private placements that closed on Aug. 25, 2021, and Sept. 24, 2021. The warrants are exercisable at a price of 15 cents and currently expire on Aug. 25, 2023, and Sept. 24, 2023.

Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the term of the warrants will be extended to Aug. 25, 2025. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
