The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase agreement dated June 2, 2023, between Inomin Mines Inc. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 20-hectare claim, which is adjacent to the issuer's Beaver-Lynx project. By way of consideration, the company will issue a total of 100,000 shares at a deemed price of 5.25 cents per share to vendor.
