Effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the shares of Twenty Mile Metals Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MILE.

Twenty Mile Metals is classified as a gold and silver ore mining company (NAICS No. 212220).

The company was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on Sept. 22, 2025, as a wholly owned subsidiary of J2 Metals Inc. On April 30, 2026, the common shares of Twenty Mile Metals were distributed to the shareholders of J2, in accordance with the terms of the arrangement agreement entered into by J2 and Twenty Mile Metals on Oct. 24, 2025, and the related plan of arrangement. J2 shareholders approved the arrangement on Dec. 3, 2025, and J2 obtained the final order with respect to the arrangement on Dec. 10, 2025.

Upon closing of the arrangement, the following events occurred (among other events fully described in the arrangement agreement and the plan of arrangement). On the closing date of the arrangement, J2 shareholders received one new common share for each common share of J2 held prior to the arrangement, the new J2 shares having terms identical to those of the J2 common shares immediately prior to giving effect to the arrangement, and 0.21921 of a Twenty Mile Metals share for each common share of J2 held on the share distribution record date of April 27, 2026.

Approximately 71,024 Twenty Mile Metals shares were reserved by J2 for issuance to warrantholders of J2 on the effective date.
