Reference is made to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Aug. 31, 2015, with respect to the listing of the company's shares.

The exchange has received confirmation that the closing has occurred. Therefore, the common shares of the company, which were listed at the close of business on Aug. 31, 2015, commenced trading at the opening of business on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015.

The company has completed its public offering of securities prior to the opening of market on Sept. 1, 2015. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering are $250,000 (2.5 million common shares at 10 cents per share).
