MINTO APARTMENT REIT TO REPORT FOURTH QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MARCH 4, 2026

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust will release its 2025 fourth quarter financial results after the market close on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The REIT will not be holding a conference call following the release. Full 2025 financial results and the MD&A (management's discussion and analysis) will be available on the REIT's website and on SEDAR+.
