MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2024 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.208 cents per REIT unit for the month of April, 2024, representing 50.5 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
