MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES MARCH 2024 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust today declared a cash distribution of 4.208 cents per REIT unit for the month of March, 2024, representing 50.5 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on April 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at March 31, 2024.
