MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.208 cents per REIT unit for the month of February, 2024, representing 50.5 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
