MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust today declared a cash distribution of 4.208 cents per REIT unit for the month of December, 2023, representing 50.5 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Jan. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 31, 2023.
