MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust today declared a cash distribution of 4.208 cents per REIT unit for the month of November, 2023, representing 50.5 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Nov. 30, 2023.

As previously announced, the amount of the November distribution represents a 3.1-per-cent increase, resulting in an increase in the annualized amount of the REIT's distribution from 49 cents per unit to 50.5 cents per unit.
