MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES OCTOBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 4.083 cents per REIT unit for the month of October, 2023, representing 49 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Nov. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Oct. 31, 2023.
