MINTO APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 CASH DISTRIBUTION

Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 3.792 cents per REIT unit for the month of April, 2021, representing 45.5 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on May 14, 2021, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2021.
