MACKENZIE INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES APRIL 2023 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ITS EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS

Mackenzie Investments has declared the April, 2023, monthly cash distributions for its exchange-traded funds listed in an attached table that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Aequitas NEO Exchange. Unitholders of record on May 2, 2023, will receive cash distributions on May 9, 2023.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
