The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust will list an additional 3.91 million trust units at the open on April 24, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover units to be issued at $15.35 (U.S.) per units, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 19, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 7, 2023.
