Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 16, 2014) - Daryl Hodges ("Hodges") announces that on April 15, 2014, Hodges purchased 1,714,473 common shares in the capital of Match Capital Resource Corporation (TSXV: MHC.H) ("MCRC") which represents approximately 19.9% of the total currently issued and outstanding common shares of MCRC. Upon completion of the acquisition, Hodges will hold an aggregate of 1,714,473 common shares of MCRC which represents a 19.9% interest in MCRC on a non-diluted basis.
