Maple Leaf Green World Inc. Announces Change Of Transfer Agent and Appoint New Director

CALGARY, ALBERTA Maple Leaf Green World Inc. (CSE: MGW; OTCQB: MGWFF) (the Company or Maple Leaf) is pleased to announce that effective June 18, 2026, it will transition its transfer agent and registrar services from Odyssey Trust Company to Endeavor Trust Corporation. Additionally, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Louis Kin Man Sing to its Board of Directors.

Transfer Agent Transition

Formal 30-day notice has been delivered to Odyssey Trust Company of the Company's intention to engage Endeavor Trust Corporation as its new transfer agent, effective June 18, 2026. Endeavor Trust, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a leading North American transfer agent and trust company with extensive experience supporting public companies listed on Canadian exchanges.

The transition has been carefully planned to ensure continuity of service and no disruption to shareholder records or transactions. All shareholder records, certificates, and related documentation will be transferred to Endeavor Trust no later than June 19, 2026.

Board Appointment Louis Kin Man Sing

The Company is pleased to welcome Mr. Louis Kin Man Sing to its Board as an Independent Director, effective May 19, 2026.

Mr. Louis Kin Man Sing is a Canadian citizen with extensive marketing and business experience in the food industry. Mr. Sing brings practical business and marketing perspective to the Board. His appointment strengthens the Company's governance structure as Maple Leaf Green World Inc. continues to execute on its strategic initiatives.
