MAPLE LEAF GREEN WORLD INC. PROVIDES UPDATE ON ITS REVOCATION APPLICATION;
ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIVED FROM ALBERTA SECURITIES COMMISSION
The Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) has formally acknowledged receipt of Maple Leaf Green World Inc.'s application for the
full revocation of the cease trade order (FFCTO).
Process update
The company completed the filing of all outstanding continuous disclosure documents and
formally submitted the application for full revocation on Oct. 16, 2025, pursuant to National
Policy 11-207.
The ASC, through its corporate finance division, provided written acknowledgment of receipt of
the application on Oct. 17, 2025. The acknowledgment confirms that the application is now
under review by the ASC.
The FFCTO was originally issued by the ASC on May 6, 2025 (Citation 2025 ABASC 56), for
failure to file continuous disclosure documents. All required continuous disclosure filings are now
current and are available for review on SEDAR+ under the company's profile.
The company confirms that, other than the completion of these continuous disclosure filings, there
have been no material changes in the business, operations or affairs of Maple Leaf Green World
that have not been previously disclosed.
Next steps
The company is working closely with ASC staff to complete the review process and is currently
awaiting receipt of the revocation order. A further announcement regarding the ASC's decision
and the anticipated resumption of trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange will be made
once confirmed.
