The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Middlefield Global Mult-Sector Fixed Income Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2026, for trading at the open on Sept. 29, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 100,000 ETF (exchange-traded fund) series units of the fund issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol MGFI, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 59633C 10 4.
The TSX reports that the ETF is mutual fund trust governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario
pursuant to the amended and restated master declaration of trust
dated Sept. 23, 2026, supplemented by supplemental
declaration trust dated Sept. 23, 2026. The ETF seeks to generate monthly income while
emphasizing long-term capital preservation According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions of income on its units, if any, on a monthly basis.
The TSX reports that the ETF's manager is Middlefield Ltd., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated its simplified prospectus dated Sept. 23, 2026, the ETF is issuing 100,000 units at $10 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Sept. 29, 2026. The designated market-maker is National Bank Financial Inc.
