MIDASCO CHANGES TRANSFER AGENT

Midasco Capital Corp. has terminated its contract with Computershare and has engaged Odyssey Trust Company to act as the transfer agent for Midasco, effective June 2, 2025.

Julie Chu, director of client services, will be the primary contact at Odyssey.
