METALITE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF NATRINOVA CAPITAL INC. AS INVESTOR RELATIONS CONSULTANT

Metalite Resources Inc. has entered into an investor relations consulting agreement dated July 23, 2026, with Natrinova Capital Inc., pursuant to which Natrinova has been engaged to provide investor relations and marketing services to the company.

About the engagement

Under the agreement, Natrinova has been retained on a non-exclusive, independent contractor basis to introduce the company to prospective investors and to arrange investor meetings, including a series of virtual introductions and in-person road show events in Vancouver and Calgary between August and October, 2026.

In consideration for the services to be provided, the company has agreed to pay Natrinova a cash fee of $15,000, plus applicable goods and services tax, payable upon execution of the agreement. No securities, options or other equity-based compensation have been granted or are payable to Natrinova under the agreement.

The services to be provided under the agreement are expected to be substantially performed between Aug. 3, 2026, and Oct. 9, 2026, and the agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties on terms to be negotiated.

Natrinova is not currently an insider, control person or related person (as such terms are defined in the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange) of the company, and does not otherwise have a prior relationship with the company or its management.

This engagement and the related disclosure in this news release are made in accordance with the requirements of Policy 7 of the Canadian Securities Exchange's policies applicable to investor relations and promotional activities.
