METALITE ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL L. JONES AS CHAIRMAN TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Metalite Resources Inc. has appointed Paul L. Jones as chairman to the company's board of directors. Mr. Jones replaces David Kol who recently resigned.

Mr. Jones is a professional geoscientist with over 40 years of project management and corporate experience in Canada and internationally. Mr. Jones has worked with more than 20 mineral exploration and development companies in various positions, including senior geologist, vice-president, exploration, president, chief executive officer and chairman. He has broad corporate and technical experience, including project transactions, finance, regulatory and compliance standards, and obtained a BSc in geology from Carleton University in 1982.
