METAGUEST.AI ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNITS

Metaguest.ai Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement offering of 346,667 units for gross proceeds of $104,000 at a price of 30 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into common shares at a price of 50 cents per warrant expiring on May 15, 2025.

The gross proceeds received by the corporation will be used for working capital purposes. All securities issued under the offering are subject to a statutory hold period until March 15, 2024.
