The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Evolve Metaverse ETF will be delisted at the close on March 22, 2024. According to the TSX, the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will be terminated on March 26, 2024, and all outstanding hedged Canadian-dollar-denominated units (symbol MESH) of the ETF will be redeemed on the termination date.

The TSX reports that as soon as practicable following the termination date, the net assets of the ETF will be distributed after paying or making adequate provision for the ETF's liabilities, pro rata among unitholders of record on the termination date. Payment of the termination proceeds will be made on March 29, 2024, through CDS Clearing and Depository Securities Inc. As the hedged ETF units trade in the book entry system of CDS, unitholders need not take any action with respect to receiving their termination proceeds.
