METAL ENERGY SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE ALL MATTERS AT ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING
Shareholders approved all matters put before them at Metal Energy Corp.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on July 28, 2026.
