MEREN TO RELEASE FIRST QUARTER 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026

Meren Energy Inc. will publish its financial and operating results, along with the related management discussion and analysis, for the three months ended March 31, 2026, after Toronto market close on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
