CAMEO ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FIRST TRANCHE CLOSING

Cameo Resources Inc. has accepted subscriptions for 4,124,800 units totalling $616,720, representing the first closing of this previously announced non-brokered private placement. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at 30 cents for a period of two years, subject to the company's right to accelerate expiration on 30 days notice in the event that its shares trade at 45 cents for a period of 10 trading days, including days where no trading occurs.

Securities issued on this closing shall be subject to a hold period ending Jan. 3, 2027.

Net proceeds will be used for drilling, marketing and general working capital on its Katoro gold property in Tanzania.
