The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length exploration agreement between Metals Creek Resources Corp. and an arm's-length party, Apitipi Anicinapek Nation. Pursuant to the agreement, the company acquired exploration rights on certain mining claims concerning its Tillex copper project, located within the vendor's territory in Currie township in Timmins, Ont.

As consideration for the agreement, the company will issue 50,000 common shares to the vendor.
