Early Warning Report

Vancouver, BC, November 24, 2025 - Alexander McAulay (the "Acquiror"), Chief Financial Officer of Medaro Mining Corp. (the "Issuer"), announces that Treewalk Ventures Inc., a private company controlled by Alexander McAulay has purchased and acquired beneficial ownership and control over, in connection with the acquisition of 475,000 shares of the Issuer through a non-brokered private placement (the "Transaction"), which represents approximately 4.40% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.

Prior to the Transaction the Acquiror owned and controlled 354,550 shares of the Issuer representing approximately 8.18% of the then issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer. Subsequent to the Transaction, the Acquiror owned and controlled 829,550 common shares of the Issuer representing approximately 12.58% of the current issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.

The Acquiror purchased 475,000 Shares at a price of $0.08 per Share for aggregate consideration of $38,000. The Shares were purchased for investment purposes and the Acquiror may, directly or indirectly, depending on the market and other conditions, acquire beneficial ownership of, control or direction over, additional Shares or other securities of the Issuer, through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise. The Acquiror may, depending on market and other conditions, sell any or all of their securities in the Issuer.
