The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price and the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  2.6 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 31, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  June 30, 2024

Original exercise price of warrants:  20 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  14 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to the non-brokered private placement of 2.6 million common shares, with 2.6 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 12, 2020, and previously accepted for an extension by the exchange on July 20, 2022.
