(the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.075 per share for gross proceeds of $300,000.00. Proceeds from the private placement will be used to advance the company's 100% owned Quesnel Lake East project and for general working capital. The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period from date of issuance. The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
