The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an unsecured loan in the amount of $33,000 between the company and a non-arm's-length party. The loan shall mature one year from the date of issuance and carry an interest rate of 15 per cent per annum.

Additionally, the exchange has accepted the issuance of 132,000 bonus shares to be issued to the lender in connection with the loan.
