Mobius Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Director and Appointment

Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Mobius Resources Inc. (“Mobius” or the “Company”) today announced that Mr. John Newman, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Mobius, will be resigning from his positions to pursue other opportunities effective July 31, 2014. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Max Zureski, Vice President, Business Development of Mobius, as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.
