YOU MOVE ME PARTNERS WITH AVOCA TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH AI-DRIVEN CALL HANDLING

Mobio Technologies Inc. has entered a strategic partnership between its flagship home service brand You Move Me and Avoca, a provider of artificial-intelligence-powered call agents, with the goal to improve the customer experience and streamline communications.

Integration of Avoca's intelligent voice agents will allow on-the-ground teams to focus on execution, enhancing responsiveness and laying the groundwork for scalable service delivery. This collaboration demonstrates Mobio's commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into its portfolio companies to deliver faster, more efficient and personalized services.

Central to this initiative is the integration of Avoca's platform with MoveRight, the proprietary CRM and operations platform developed by Karve IT, in which You Move Me holds a strategic 39.2-per-cent ownership stake. MoveRight is a comprehensive, cloud-based solution designed specifically for the moving industry, offering features such as dynamic reporting, automated multichannel customer communications and an intuitive dispatch system. This integration enables real-time communication between customers, field teams and operations -- ensuring that tasks are routed intelligently and services are delivered with speed and accuracy.
