Mobilum Technologies Inc Announces Senior Management Change

VANCOUVER, BC, April 17, 2024 - Mobilum Technologies Inc. (the "Company" or "Mobilum") (CSE:MBLM) (OTC:MBLMF) (FRA:C0B) announces the appointment of Anik Ghosh as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Ghosh is not only a serial entrepreneur but also a distinguished technology leader. Throughout his career, he has successfully introduced numerous products to the market, all with the aim of promoting Financial Inclusion. Among his notable accomplishments are co-developing one of the pioneering DeFi wallets alongside an Ethereum co-founder and establishing a Fintech startup that supplied a payout platform to over 20 million users worldwide.

The Company announces the resignation of John Henderson as Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Henderson, along with the Board Members, have been working to secure new company opportunities alongside tidying up the balance sheet. Given that various opportunities and initiatives remain under way, it was viewed as a good time to have new senior leadership in place for Mobilum's next stage of growth.
