MOBILUM TECHNOLOGIES INC ANNOUNCES SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Mobilum Technologies Inc. has appointed Anik Ghosh as interim chief executive officer and interim chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Ghosh is not only a serial entrepreneur but also a distinguished technology leader. Throughout his career, he has introduced numerous products to the market, all with the aim of promoting financial inclusion. Among his notable accomplishments are co-developing one of the pioneering defi wallets alongside an ethereum co-founder and establishing a fintech start-up that supplied a payout platform to over 20 million users worldwide.

The company announces the resignation of John Henderson as chief operating officer, interim chief executive officer and interim chief financial officer. Mr. Henderson, along with the board members, has been working to secure new company opportunities alongside tidying up the balance sheet. Given that various opportunities and initiatives remain under way, it was viewed as a good time to have new senior leadership in place for Mobilum's next stage of growth.

"We thank John for his efforts over the several years as COO, as well as stepping into both the CFO and CEO roles. We want to wish John all the very best and success in his future career pursuits," said chairman Wojciech Kaszycki.

The company continues to work on a licensing agreement in the artificial intelligence space, as well as search out other strategic options.
