Mr. Wojciech Kaszycki, an investor, reports

WOJCIECH KASZYCKI ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF MOBILUM TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Wojciech Kaszycki and TTP Ltd. (the joint actors) have acquired ownership or control of an aggregate of 65,371,965 common shares of Mobilum Technologies Inc. The subject shares represent approximately 27.6 per cent of all issued and outstanding common shares of the company as of Feb. 1, 2024, immediately following the transaction described above, resulting in a corresponding increase in the percentage of shares held by Mr. Kaszycki as a result of the transaction.

Immediately before the transaction described above, Mr. Kaszycki and the joint actors held control or ownership over 25,150,449 common shares of the company, representing approximately 15.2 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.

Immediately following the transaction described above, Mr. Kaszycki and the joint actors held control or ownership of an aggregate of 90,522,414 common shares, representing approximately 38.2 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.

The aggregate consideration payable for the subject shares was $653,719.65, or one cent per subject share.

The subject shares were acquired through a debt settlement agreement which does not contain any provisions regarding the transfer, guarantee or voting of such securities. The holdings of securities of the company by Mr. Kaszycki and the joint actors are managed for investment purposes. Depending on market conditions, Mr. Kaszycki and the joint actors may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the company, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current position.
