The Company has entered into a novel cooperation agreement starting with the licensing and reselling of the Customer Advisor software in North America, a product developed by BlockchainLab PLC (https://blockchainlab.com.pl/). The Customer Advisor software, known as CADV, already in use by financial institutions for several years, is purported to leverage advanced AI models providing personalized financial advice to customers. CADV interprets customer data and behaviors generating personalized advice and product recommendations. Thereby enabling businesses to provide a more tailored and efficient service. Mobilum Technologies is currently investigating the CADV software and is optimistic in its ability to transform the online customer experience. In addition to the reselling agreement, Mobilum is also seeking the rights to purchase the source code of the Customer Advisor software, enabling it to further tailor the AI models to better fit the specific needs of the US and Canadian markets.
